More about Michael

Alongside his university studies and professional development as a psychologist, Michael has been engaged in various areas of mental health and psychology. Therapists do not give us insights but invite us to experience the truth so insights can arise from within. Therapists don't tell us what we want to know. They tell us what we sense but don't want to bear alone. They present reality in a manner we can listen to, accept, and live through together - Jon Frederickson

Outside the practice

Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys spending time in the surf and outdoors, as well as creating artwork.
