Mark Wright

Mark brings more than 2 decades of experience starting, growing and leading businesses to his role as Managing Director of MindTree Psychology. After winning BBC's The Apprentice in 2014, he co-founded digital marketing agency Climb Online with Lord Sugar, building it into one of the UK's fastest-growing agencies before its sale in 2022. Along the way he earned a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2018 UK Business Awards.

What Mark values most from those years isn't the accolades, but what he learned about people: how to build teams from the ground up, support them through pressure and growth, and create workplaces where talented people do their best work. He has since applied that experience across a portfolio of businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Mark has a long-held passion for the mental health industry. Returning home to Australia and settling on the Gold Coast in 2023, he saw in MindTree the chance to put his business experience to work in the service of something that matters deeply to him: supporting an exceptional team of psychologists so they can focus on what they do best, and helping as many people as possible access high-quality mental health care.
